Rosibeli Gomez joined Columbia University in 2014 and has since held various roles within the different university campuses, including Central Finance. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Lehman College in the Bronx and is currently pursuing her CPA license. She is an avid explorer with great passion for traveling and learning about different cultures and languages.

Ching-Ching Lin, Ed.D. is a teacher educator in TESOL and Bilingual Education at Adelphi University. She is originally from Taiwan. She served as Chair of the Bilingual-Multilingual Education Interest Section (B-MEIS) (2021–2022) and as President of NYS TESOL (2022–2023). In addition to her academic work, she is the founder and managing director of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Lab, an education consulting service focused on bridging school and community by positioning multilingual learners as social agents, knowledge producers, and cultural ambassadors. She has published extensively on equity, inclusion, and multilingual education.

For over 20 years, Lisa has worked in the Gates Chili School District in upstate New York as an ENL teacher, primarily with students in the middle grades. She has hosted over twenty student teachers and served as department leader for many years. She is most proud of advocating for and developing a newcomer program and a summer program for students new to the country. Her favorite part of the job is welcoming and acclimating new families to the school system. She volunteers for Refugee Strong as a website manager. Previously, she worked for Monroe County Department of Social Services as a tutor for unaccompanied refugee minors. Lisa enjoys creating art in her free time.
