To register, choose one of the following: 1. Download the conference pre-registration book PDF and follow the registration instructions (starting on p.5) via U.S. Mail or fax. 2. Register online through Acteva. Remember that the registration deadline is Friday October 30, 2009 and the hotel reservation deadline is Tuesday, October 27, 2009.
